The challenge this week is to set an intention for yourself this summer. Once you have set your intention, commit to making progress towards it in a tangible way- maybe you set calendar reminders or put a note on your fridge- some way to remind yourself of it regularly!
The challenge this week is to celebrate the fathers and father figures in your life! If you can be with them physically, enjoy spending some quality time together. For those who live far away, consider sending a gift or giving him a phone call (whatever his love language prefers).
