We are continuing this week with our monthly challenge to finish the summer strong! So far we have set a goal and stayed consistent!
This week, the challenge is to push yourself a little more! If your goal is fitness related, maybe add a few more minutes to your walk or add more weight to your lifts. If your goal is nutrition related, maybe you increase how many meals you prep this week. Whatever your goal is, I hope you are able to make a little more progress this week!

They gather theThird Thursday of every month, spotlighting a different local winery and making a special Chocolate Bar to marry.

- Three tastes from a local winery.
- Three artisan chocolate pairings (ex. Dark, Milk & 80% Dark or matcha)
- A slice of Menchaca’s famous dipped dried mango.
- A glass of cacao husk tea to cleanse the palate
- A Pairing Card and blindfold to enhance the flavor notes and document the process.
- Making your very own handcrafted square chocolate bar with a selection of gourmet toppings

- Chess and board games
- A warm candlelit patio atmosphere
