The challenge this week is to notice your current habits in each of the life areas on the worksheet and write them down.
Upon first glance, you may think “I don’t have any” when in reality you do! For example – you may think that you don’t have any habits dedicated to relationships, but those phone calls on your commute home count! Those phone calls are building relationships when you are taking the time to catch up with friends and family.

Outdoor Movie Night

Santa Barbara Harbor & Seafood Festival
When: October 17th, 10:00AM – 5:00PM
Where: The Santa Barbara Harbor: 132-A Harbor Way
Savor the abundance of the Santa Barbara Channel at the 2026 Santa Barbara Harbor & Seafood Festival! During this annual event, attendees get the opportunity to meet the fishermen who catch and harvest the high-quality, fresh-off-the-boat seafood sourced sustainably from local waters. Dig into some of Santa Barbara’s specialties, including freshly caught lobster and sea urchin (uni) prepared before your eyes. Visit specialty food booths for fish tacos, oysters, mussels, barbecued albacore, fresh crab, clam chowder, seafood paella and more.
Stay a little longer and enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer with these hotels, resorts and vacation rentals.
This event is presented by the City of Santa Barbara in partnership with the Commercial Fishermen of Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara Harbor Merchants.
