Happy October (starting tomorrow)!
This month we will focus on wellness. Here at Demboski & Chapman, our third core value is “we are committed to becoming the best version of ourselves”. We invite you this month to join us in using our wellness worksheet! Throughout the month we will focus on certain areas of the worksheet to set ourselves up for success in becoming the best version of ourselves and finish this year strong!
The challenge this week is to download our wellness worksheet and then print it out and start to fill out the first collumn titled “Current Habits”.

Rally 4 Kids!!

Where: Starting line is in downtown Carpinteria
Rally4Kids 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest and most exciting event yet. This year’s experience will span two unforgettable days, bringing together incredible cars, spectacular roads, great food, and an amazing evening celebration, all in support of the United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County.
From the thrill of the rally to the magic of the gala, every moment is designed to create lasting memories while supporting a truly meaningful cause.

California Avocado Festival
When: October 2 – 4
Where: Downtown Carpinteria on Linden Avenue
The California Avocado Festival welcomes everyone to 3 days full of Peace, Love and Guacamole. This year there will be 60+ bands, 3 stages, 50 arts & crafts and commercial vendors, 15 delicious food vendors and over a dozen non-profits will be on site for you to help support. The event showcases the endless ways to eat an avocado and attendees can also enjoy other various local vendors and plenty of live entertainment in the heart of the neighboring town of Carpinteria.
The festival will be held on Friday, Oct. 2nd (1 pm to 11 pm), Saturday, Oct. 3rd (11 am to 10 pm) & Sunday, Oct. 4th (11 am – 6 pm)
