Happy Summer Solstice everyone,
We are bringing back a weekly challenge!
This week, spend some quality time outside to celebrate the start of summer! Maybe take a walk in the morning before work to jump start your circadian rhythm, mid day to break up your work day, or after work to decompress. If you are feeling like you need more time than that outside, I challenge you to go for a hike or even book a campsite for the weekend to soak in more of the natural beauty that surrounds us.
However you choose to celebrate, I hope you enjoy getting outside!

From June 25 to July 1, participating restaurants across Santa Barbara County are bringing their A-game, serving up mouthwatering sandwiches at a price that’s easy to savor: just $9.
From crispy chicken creations, fresh sub stacks, gooey dessert delights, and classic deli masterpieces, there’s something for every sandwich lover to sink their teeth into. Whether you hit one place or try to taste them all, it’s the tastiest tour you’ll take this summer.

Come celebrate the Santa Barbara Lavender Festival! This arts and crafts festival highlights creativity through the artistic expression of lavender and lavender-themed products from artisans, local lavender farms, and small business owners. Explore a variety of booths offering lavender-inspired goods, and don’t miss tasting the famously refreshing lavender lemonade.
Enjoy a fun-filled day with artisans, food, drinks, a beer garden, and live entertainment including Satin Dollz LA, Hula Anyone, Fire Dance Academy, and the Best DJ of the 805, Frank Ramirez. The festival offers something for the whole family to enjoy.
