Congratulations on making it to the end of our August challenge!<\/p>\n

The goal this week is to celebrate your progress. Every step along the way to achieve your goal matters, and this week is the moment to celebrate and reflect. Is this a goal you want to continue into September and the fall? Or do you want to tweak it to continue to challenge yourself?<\/p>\n

My goal was to train for the Santa Barbara Triathlon and it is this weekend on Saturday! I am looking forward to the culmination of my training and celebrating my success (hopefully!). See more details below- I would love to see some of you there if this interests you!<\/p>\n

Experience the beautiful backdrop of the Santa Ynez mountains as you cycle the fast and challenging bike course before ending the race with a beachfront run.
