This week, spend some quality time outside to celebrate the start of summer! Maybe take a walk in the morning before work to jump start your circadian rhythm, mid day to break up your work day, or after work to decompress. If you are feeling like you need more time than that outside, I challenge you to go for a hike or even book a campsite for the weekend to soak in more of the natural beauty that surrounds us.<\/p>\n
