John also serves his profession through providing motivational key-note presentations on business ethics & practice management to state, national and global industry conferences. He has served in many industry leadership positions including being the local President for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and is an active member of MDRT\u00ae, SBAHIP and the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council.<\/p>\n
